Can I get your samples?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Can you produce the samples which we provided?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the moulds and fixtures.
How do you control product quality?
1.There is advanced equipment, professional and technical workers in the factory. 2.Factory will have sample testing on quality before shipment. 3.Our QC(QUALITY CONTROL)will check the quality of each product before delivery.
What will you do for quality complaint?
1.We wil respond to customer wihin 24 hours. 2.Our QC will retest the same stock items. If find quality problems, we will compensate accordingly.
About Order
What is the MOQ for each items?
If the items we have stock, there is no limitation for moq. Normally MOQ as 10pcs is acceptable, and the specific quantity depends on the product category.
About Payment
Can I pay the deposit first?
Yes, you can do deposit fo 30%, and do balance before delivery.
What is your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 15 to 25 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. if orders in stock, can sent goods 2-7working days.
About Package
What is your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in boxes or packing bag with our brand design. If you ask, we can also pack products in neutral white boxes and brown cartons.
Can I use my own brand packaging?
If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters. You can provide us with the packing box, or provide us with design documents. Of course, we can also design for you.
